安士能新款MSC小型安全控制系统是一种通用、可自由编程的模块化安全系统，可用于机器和设备的安全防护，适用于几乎所有与安全相关的任务，并可监测许多种安全装置。

　　MSC系统灵活性极高，即使仅配备基本单元也能实现最多8路输入和2路输出的安全应用。此外，该小型安全控制系统还可通过多种不同的输入和输出模块进行扩展，方便用户根据特定需求自定义装配MSC系统。MSC系统还可使用不同的安士能连接模块连接至各种现场总线。

　　MSC系统使用PC机上的“EUCHNER Safety Designer”软件进行编程。该软件布局清晰，操作简单直观。可使用大量不同的安全功能和逻辑运算符进行配置。如需设置系统，可通过USB数据线将基本单元连接至PC机并安装相应程序。根据情况也可为基本单元选配存储模块。使用时，实际程序的拷贝会自动存储在该模块中，以便在紧急情况下快速更换故障装置。

　　MSC有多种诊断方法，包括从通过前面板上LED指示灯进行简单诊断，到在“EUCHNER Safety Designer”软件帮助下进行详细检测。通过诊断可快速找到故障原因并修复问题，大幅节省时间并防止长时间停机。
